Integrated Supports for living is looking for an experienced, part time Maintenance professional to support its operations at Silvertowne Apartments in Silverton, Oregon. Silvertowne is an apartment community that provides low-income housing options for individuals who are elderly and/or disabled.  Silvertowne is not an assisted living program.   

This position is part time (25-28 hours per week including 1/2 day on weekends) performing general maintenance and resolving resident's issues regarding the general condition and functionality of their apartment residences. Experience in diagnosing and repairing general household maintenance issues desired.  Skills including, but not limited to; plumbing, lighting repair, appliance repair, painting and drywall repair, gutter & roof cleaning, pressure washing, mowing and trimming lawns are preferred.  Experience using the tools associated with these tasks safely is required. The ideal candidate will be someone who has had experience performing these tasks and has a friendly demeanor, respect for others and desires to serve a community of residents who truly appreciate your skills and efforts. 

 MinimumQualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Successful clearance of local and or state background checks
